Coordinator of Teacher Development (Part-time Position)

We are seeking to employ a suitably qualified and experienced educator to the part-time position of Coordinator of Teacher Development to commence from Term 1, 2018.  The successful candidate will;

 

  • contribute to supporting a culture of continuous professional learning and growth for all teachers, centred not on subject material but on teaching practice.

  • focus on the development of each teacher’s teaching practice in line with overwhelming evidence that the single most important fact in improving student learning is the quality of each teacher’s teaching practice.

  • work with Faculty Leaders to develop teaching and learning in line with relevant AITSL Teacher Standards and expected practices of the College.

Library Assistant (Part-time Position)

The College is seeking to appoint a part-time Library Assistant to commence work from the beginning of Term 1, 2018.   This position is located at our Caulfield South Primary campus.

 

The Library Assistant will be required to work on the circulation desk, assist teachers and students searching for resources, return books to shelves, covering and repairing books, and general maintenance of the library.  

 

The successful applicant will need to have either a certificate in Library and Information Service or have worked in a school library for a number of years supporting a Teacher Librarian and have excellent computer skills. A current Working With Children check card is required.
